Welcome to CTMoves, a leading removals company based in London, providing professional and reliable moving services for homes and businesses. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Service Agreement

•  

  CTMoves agrees to provide removals services in accordance with the agreed-upon terms and conditions.

•  

  The client agrees to pay for the services provided by CTMoves in a timely manner.

•  

  The client agrees to provide accurate information about the items to be moved and the destination of the move.

Scheduling and Rescheduling

•  

  CTMoves will schedule the removals service at a time agreed upon by both parties.

•  

  If the client needs to reschedule the removals service, they must inform CTMoves at least 48 hours in advance.

Packing and Loading

•  

  The client is responsible for packing their items securely for transport.

•  

  CTMoves is not responsible for any damage to items that are not packed securely.

•  

  CTMoves will load the items onto the removals vehicle with care, but cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs during the loading process.

Transport and Delivery

•  

  CTMoves will transport the items to the destination address as agreed upon.

•  

  CTMoves cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

•  

  Upon delivery, the client must inspect the items for any damage and report any issues to CTMoves immediately.

Insurance and Liability

•  

  CTMoves carries liability insurance for the items being transported.

•  

  The client must inform CTMoves of any items of exceptional value, such as antiques or works of art, before the move.

•  

  CTMoves is not responsible for any damage to items that are not declared before the move.

Payment Terms

•  

  The client must pay a 10% deposit online to secure the removals service.

•  

  The remaining balance must be paid before the move.

•  

  CTMoves accepts payment by credit card, debit card, and bank transfer.

•  

  In addition to the payment for removals services, the client will be charged £1.50 per mile for long distance moves outside of London.
